The Belvedere Restaurant
This is the Merton Hotel’s main restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast and a carvery buffet dinner of the highest standard.
For breakfast each morning you can choose from fresh pastries and croissants or indulge yourself in a full English breakfast .. It’s all included in the price of your room!
Each evening there is a fabulous three-course buffet dinner served with a wide choice of dishes, including a special healthy selection for children. On many evenings the head chef will also present themed menus.
We provide an early dining facility for children and families. Adjacent to The Belvedere there is a supervised crèche for small children which is available each evening during the summer months, to allow parents to relax and enjoy their meal.
Bonetti's Restaurant
During your stay, you really should try and find time to dine in Bonetti’s Restaurant. Open daily, Bonetti’s offers an Italian-style menu with a wide choice of dishes using fresh and local produce wherever possible. Usually you will also find special dishes on offer, including our famous lobster salad. (seasonal)
Enjoy a meal in the light and airy atrium. Or during the summer you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view of the Merton’s gardens.
Jersey Joe's Diner
Jersey Joe’s is a popular spot for guests of all ages. Full of gleaming chrome, bar stools and TV screens, it is a celebration of 1950’s America with perhaps the most striking feature being the front end of a pink Cadillac situated over the entrance.
From a quick drink to tasty snacks and a delicious ice cream sundae, Jersey Joe’s is great for a family treat. You can even check your emails or surf the net while you wait with Jersey Joe’s internet facilities.
Cascades Café Bar
Located poolside in the Merton’s Aquadome, Cascades Café Bar provides drinks, snacks and light meals throughout the day.
Leisure facilities
At the Merton Hotel particular emphasis has been placed on investment in leisure facilities and services.
No other hotel in Jersey has a leisure facility to compare with the Aquadome - the Merton Hotel’s exclusive pool and leisure club. It is one of the principal reasons that our guests choose to stay with us.
Inside, under the dome, it’s a subtropical 27°C with an exciting 80 metre water slide, lazy river, cascade fountains, spa pools as well as a sauna and steam room. Outside, there’s another pool with it’s own fountain and spa, plus a children’s play area - all supervised by our fully qualified lifeguards
As part of our desire to meet the changing needs of guests, we introduced an exciting new £1million facility last year. The FlowRider wave is the only one of its kind in the UK, allowing you to enjoy the thrills and spills of surfing or bodyboarding. Whether you are a complete beginner, intermediate or experienced surfer, snow- or skate-boarder, you’ll get a real buzz from the excitement this new attraction offers. Bedrooms
After a day out exploring the island and an evening spent enjoying the hotel’s restaurants, bars and entertainment, you will be looking forward to a good night’s sleep. The hotel has a variety of bedrooms to suit your needs.
In addition to twin, double and triple-bedded rooms, there is also a choice of family rooms and family suites. The hotel also has cots available for infants.
All rooms are well-equipped with an en suite bath and shower, flat screen colour television (with free family movies 24 hours a day), radio, a tea/coffee tray, direct dial telephone, iron/ ironing board and hairdryer. All bedroom floors are served by a lift.
Each hotel bedroom is equipped with a baby-listening system. Alternatively a baby sitting service is available for an hourly charge .
